Order Delivery Information

Delivery Costs
Once your order is submitted, we will contact you by email within 2 working days. At this point we will give you an estimated delivery date.  We endeavour to dispatch in-stock orders within 14 days from the date of your order. Out of stock orders take approximately 8 weeks as standard. In the unlikely event that your order (or part order) has to be specially ordered, it may take in excess of 8 weeks. You will be notified by email, a week in advance of delivery to arrange a suitable time.

Delivery Times

Orders totalling €750 or more include free delivery.

Ireland : Delivery is charged at the following rates for orders under €750:

• Munster €50
  
• Ulster €40
  
• Connacht €50

UK Delivery : €50 delivery charge as standard for all areas excluding areas where postcodes begin with the following:

Assembly

An assembly service option is available to you at the time of your purchase. Our Assembly Service includes:

• Unwrapping of your furniture
• Full assembly in your chosen room
• Removal of all packaging and wrapping

Assembly is charged at 10% of the value of your purchase and will be calculated during the checkout process.

Returns and Refunds

We are committed to your satisfaction and offer a full returns service on faulty goods. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return your products within seven days. You should notify us immediately so we can arrange uplift. Uplifting is charged at between €50 and €100 depending on the size of your return and your location. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Returned goods must be unused, complete, in perfect resalable condition and in their original packaging. Our Delivery policy and charges apply to Ireland and the United Kingdom. Deliveries outside of these areas will be handled on a case-by-case basis; delivery prices and lead times will vary depending on location.
